What items are eligible for return?
Evoke Lingerie allows you to exercise your legal right as a customer to cancel or return any order. Under the European Directive on
Consumer Rights (EDCR) your statutory minimum cancellation or return period is 14 days from receipt of your order.
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.
Evoke Lingerie accepts return of product in the event of a fault. This should be mentioned as soon as the product was received.
We do not accept returns in these cases:
– Merchandise was shipped in perfect condition and accordance with your instructions.
– Style has been discontinued.
– Merchandise is soiled or otherwise unsaleable.
– Merchandise is not in original conditions as shipped.
Damaged parcels must be signed for as “damaged”. Please contact us as soon as the product was received.
We recommend to get a proof of posting from the courier services as we will not be responsible for any failure or lost in the post.
